About
Personal - James Catledge was born in Charlotte North Carolina and grew
up in Memphis Tennessee. Raised by a single mother, James would work odd
jobs to afford good clothes and any extras. james paid his way through
college and his LDS 2 year mission. James mother Janie made certain he
achieved the highest honor in scouting; James Catledge is an eagle scout! Janie said
no eagle means no drivers license, that’s all he needed to know. As a young man his
mother also gave him great advice. She told him it was more important to
be focused and dream big, rather than to just dream. She promised if he did
that, he could accomplish anything. After graduation from High School,
James moved west to attend college. At age 19 he was called to serve a
mission for his church. As a missionary he found his purpose in serving
others. Working in northern California he was able to serve hundreds. Later
he enrolled at Brigham Young University where he studied Business and
Communications. He is also an avid golfer and has helped in the design of
several courses around the world. He is a current USGA member and
maintains an active golf index.
Business - James knew when he started his career he wanted to accomplish
big things. He has always had a desire to make a difference. Joining a large
financial services group, he realized immediately that he had found a vehicle
to accomplish this goal. He was coached and mentored well, he learned
every aspect of financial services and by the age of 29 he had become the
principal “Communicator” for the company. By 35 James had built a team up
that exceed 8000 agents across America. He was now transferring his
passion and mastery of financial services to other leaders and sharing his
unique talents about business building. James identified the need to bring
unbiased advice to families and would now focus on launching his own
company. The focus would be to teach people about money and to be more
responsible for their own net worth. Now thousands of associates and tens of
thousands of clients have been taught these principles. Today James is a
business entrepreneur focused on making a difference.
James also started a consulting company to help companies more efficiently
communicate their message to the public. As a sales and marketing expert
he is in demand within many industries designing sales and marketing
strategies to help many great businesses and brands around the world.
Currently he has marketing projects across the United States.
As a powerful public speaker, James is also requested to speak at
Universities and during corporate events about success principles.
Family - James and his wife Tiffany have 6 children and have focused their
lives on their beautiful family. In 2006 James and Tiffany were blessed with
identical twins. They consider the work they do within their home the most
important work they will accomplish. Tiffany and James are active in many
civic and political causes they feel passionate about.
